This delightful blend of Cacao (Theobroma Cacao) and Macambo (Theobroma Bicolor) balances the energy and flavors of these two Theobroma Cousins. The rich cacao color contrasts beautifully with the earthy tan of the macambo. Traditionally consumed together throughout the Mayan world, this combination is also enjoyed as a beverage on many small family farms in Peru.
 
We pour and design these two theobromas by hand with love and care...each one's a bit different.
